I was surprised that Jewish Week editors and writers and left-wing Jewish groups were shocked at the anti-Israel platform of Black Lives Matter (“Threading The Needle On Black Lives Matter,” Aug. 12). Of course a group that is racist, anti-American, anti-police and far leftist would also be anti-Israel, while supporting anti-American and terrorist regimes.
How can Jewish groups and The Jewish Week be favorable toward BLM while showing disdain for Republicans who support Israel and the rights of Jewish students on college campuses?
