Not sure how creating a [Palestinian] terror-state in the heart of Israel is a “liberal cause” (“Why Liberalism Vs. Zionism Is A False Choice,” Opinion, Jan. 13).
An entity that already, even without statehood, is anti-freedom for Christians, journalists, other minorities, etc.
The same entity currently incites to terror, and pays the families of the terrorists on a sliding scale based on how much carnage they cause against Israel in the name of jihad. Now imagine an official entity which would ultimately be a base for Hamas, ISIS (if Fatah wasn’t bad enough) and others which would be misogynistic, anti-minority, obviously anti-Semitic and completely Judenrein. That’s not Zionism, and certainly not liberalism.
