Yoni Goldstein introduced a column in the Canadian Jewish News in which two rabbis engage in a discussion, a Reform and Orthodox or a Reform and Conservative. The ones I read over the years were quite honest and direct, while always respectful.
Perhaps you could consider that — it would need to be honest people who speak directly and authoritatively, not apologetically, but who stake their ground.
