The AMIA Jewish center asked the DAIA political umbrella to remove itself from the treason lawsuit filed against former President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner over a pact signed with Iran in 2013.
The appeals court in Buenos Aires cleared the path to a criminal probe into Cristina Kirchner's motives in cooperating with Tehran on the investigation of the 1994 bombing of the AMIA Jewish center.
