Lithuania ratifies treaty with Israel

MOSCOW, Oct. 27 (JTA) — The Lithuanian Parliament has ratified a treaty with Israel on cooperation in telecommunications and computer projects. Israeli companies have reportedly already been engaged in developing telephone networks in rural Lithuania.
