Australian Muslims as one denounce Israel

Australian Sunni and Shia Muslims united to denounce Israel and defend Hezbollah.Kamal Mousselmani, head of the Supreme Islamic Shia Council of Australia, told the newspaper the Australian Saturday, “If Australia supports Israel, they are defending terrorism because we believe terrorists come from Israel – not from our people. I support Hezbollah.”A Sunni Muslim leader, Keysar Trad, said that Australian Sunnis agree with Mousselmani’s characterization of the Jewish state, which he said “consistently engaged in acts of terror which have brought a great deal of pain to the poor Palestinian population and the Lebanese population.”
