An Israeli driver was seriously wounded Tuesday by gunfire from beyond the West Bank fence.
The 51-year-old man was hit in the chest from gunfire police said probably came from a stray bullet fired from a nearby Palestinian village during wedding celebrations. The man was traveling on the Route 6 toll highway that runs adjacent to the West Bank security barrier.
Arabs often fire guns in the air during wedding celebrations.
