Israel’s Air Force bombed a Hamas compound in the Gaza Strip, killing six gunmen.

Tuesday’s airstrike in Khan Younis appeared to be in response to the Dimona suicide bombing, for which the Palestinian Islamist group claimed responsibility.

Along with the gunmen killed in the attack, three others were wounded. Palestinian sources said the gunmen were at prayer at the time. Israeli military sources said this was not a factor in the planning.

Fearing further airstrikes, Hamas ordered its men out of other positions throughout Gaza.
