(JTA) — Israeli troops killed an armed Palestinian attempting to infiltrate Israel from the Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian, armed with a grenade, tried to cross Thursday night near Ein HaShlosha, an Israeli kibbutz. Israeli soldiers fired, media reported, and the grenade exploded, killing the Palestinian.
Separately, Palestinians fired two rockets into Israel on Friday. There were no injuries or damage.
