(JTA) — A Torah scroll stolen from a Phoenix synagogue was returned.

The Torah, as well as a prayer shawl and tefillin, was returned Oct. 29 to the Young Israel of Phoenix by a woman who answered a Craigslist ad placed by a member of the synagogue offering a $500 reward for the scroll and no questions asked, CNN’s Belief Blog reported.

The woman said she found the religious items in a trash can and returned the Torah, which was stolen last week, in time for Friday night services.

She has not claimed the reward, according to the CNN blog.

The Torah is valued at $35,000.

It was the third time that security at the synagogue had been breached since February.
