(JTA) — Two Iranians pleaded guilty in Kenya to using fake Israeli passports to enter the country.

The Kenyan court on Wednesday ordered the Iranians, a man and a woman, to serve two years in jail or pay a large fine. They have 24 days to appeal the sentence.

The Iranians, who were arrested at Nairobi Airport on Sept. 18, are being held under anti-terrorism laws.
