Liz Taub serves as the U.S. Business Leadership Network’s director of business relations and strategic partnerships, helping businesses become more inclusive in the workforce, supply chain and marketplace. Liz received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Social Work from New York University while guiding the design, development and implementation of a pilot program that runs today at the Center for Special Needs in New York City. Working with young adults with disabilities sparked her interest in the business case for hiring people with disabilities. Upon graduation, Liz started working for Walgreens Co. on their initiative to employ more people with disabilities. She co-created Walgreens REDI (Retail Employees with Disabilities Initiative), which has expanded nationwide. She also served as the executive director of Incline, an organization that trains veterans for careers in technology.
