Monday night’s “Dancing With The Stars” (DWTS) elimination shocked fans across the nation when “Little Women: LA” star, Terra Jole, 36, and her Jewish dance partner, Sasha Farber, 33, were surprisingly voted off after receiving two perfect scores for their rumba and tango.

Terra started off the season quietly in a cast filled with Olympic medalists, but the reality star quickly became a fan favorite, winning over America with her wit and quirky attitude. Even with the pair's height difference (Jole has dwarfism and is 4’2”, Farber is 5'7"), Sasha’s exquisite choreography put the team over the edge, taking them all the way to the semi-finals, explained Glamour.

The duo who were only one week away from securing a spot in the finale of DWTS Season 23, were tied for first place with Laurie Hernandez and Val Chmerkovskiy when they were eliminated. Both Farber and Jole took to Instagram to share sweet messages about their experience on the ABC competition show.

“Entering this competition was a crazy whirlwind of unexplored emotions. Insecurities I never knew I had evolved and all along @sashafarber1 helped me overcome while conquering so many special dances,” Jole shared on Instagram. “I am forever grateful for #dwts for letting me be a part of this show.”

“You've made me so happy to be your partner. I'm so proud of you,” Farber posted on social media after they were booted off. “You taught me so much, I became a better teacher because of you. Even a better person,” he added.

Terra joined DWTS only three weeks after giving birth to her son Grayson. “It was quite hard those first few weeks actually, just having my C section, and then going straight into dancing, but as the weeks progressed it got easier,” she said on Good Morning America the day after her elimination.

Earlier in the season Farber proposed to fellow pro-dancer and longtime girlfriend, Emma Slater, 27, on live TV after she and her partner were eliminated. "I've been meaning to do this for such a long time," Farber said, as he got down on one knee and pulled out a ring. "I love you so, so much," he said, according to ET. Streamers and balloons filled the dancefloor after she said YES!
