Men’s hockey: Jonathon Blum. A native of Southern California, he has played in the National Hockey League and the international Kontinental Hockey League.

Bobsled: Evan Weintraub (see profile here.)

Figure skating: Jason Brown. Winner of a bronze medal in the team event in the 2014 Winter Games in Sochi, he is a native of Los Angeles.

Israel

Alpine skiing: Itamar Biran (see profile here.)

Figure skating: Alexei Bychenko. The 2016 European silver medalist, he was born in Ukraine. Moved with his family to Israel. He finished 21st at the 2014 Olympics.

Daniel Samohin. The 2016 World Junior champion, he was born in Tel Aviv. His parents are from Russia; his father was a figure skating coach.

Evgeni Krasnopolski and Paige Conners (pairs). He’s from Kiev; she, from the United States. They finished 21st at the 2014 Olympics. They train in New Jersey.

Adel Tanakova and Ronald Zilberberg (ice dancing). She’s born in Ukraine; he, in Israel. Their coach is Galit Chait Moracci, retired Israel Olympian.

Aimee Buchanan. She’s a native of Boston who has qualified only for the team skating competition.  

Short track skating: Vladislav Bykanov. A native of Ukraine, he raced for Israel in the 2014 Sochi Games. He trains with the Dutch national team.
