Descended from Marranos, pirates and slave traders, the Jewish community of Jamaica has dwindled to about 200 members. While its leader, Ainsley Henriques, is trying to preserve Jamaican Jewry’s unique heritage and traditions, he estimates that the community could disappear in the next 30 years.
