Professor C.A. Chant of the chair of astronomy of the University of Toronto who conducted observations of the eclipse of the sun on September 21 on the coast of Australia declares in a report just published that the photographs provide evidence favorable to the Enistein theory.

The measurements bear out the prediction of Einstein, Prof. Chant said that if his theory was correct the stars when photographed with the sun apparently in their midst, would show a displacement outward from the sun as compared with the positions of the same stars when the sun was absent from their portion of the heavens.
