Prominent Jewish Communist Charged with Bribery

Skljansky, the well-known Jewish Communist, who was at one time Trotsky’s substitute, and was slated to be the Soviet Ambassador to Esthonia, was suddenly arrested yesterday. He is charged with corrupt dealing in the purchase of some ammunition for the Red Army.
