The Jewish public was asked to support the authorities in their efforts to rid Kiev of money speculators, in an editorial which appeared today in the “Communist Fahn”. The editorial calls upon the Ogpu (the new Cheka) to follow the example of the Moscow “Ogpu” which recently expelled to Siberia over 300 traders, accused of illegal speculating and smuggling.
