There is a growing movement among the textile manufacturers of Lodz to settle in Palestine. Twenty such manufacturers have already sold their business and plan to said to Palestine by Passover.
The movement is partly due to the economic crisis in Poland. Hundreds of Polish Jews are proceeding to Palestine for Passover. All passenger steamers between Europe and Palestine have already completed their sailing lists.
