The second World Congress of the International Students Federation opened here to-day with the participation of three hundred delegates, representing twenty-three countries. The Congress was created on behalf of the Polish Government by Prime Minister Grabski and Minister of Education, Prof. Miklashewsky.

The Polish Academic youth is represented at the Congress by the Polish Students Association, “Bratnia Pomoc,” which is a purely Polish Nationalistic body, not admitting to its membership students of non-Polish descent. The Jewish academic youth, as well as those of the National Minorities of Poland are therefore not represented at this congress. The Jewish Students’ World Federation is however, represented by three delegates.
