A protest against
the Central German Government for its anti-Semitic attitude on the occasion of the commemoration of the tenth anniversary, of the World War, was decided upon at a metting of the Berlin Kehillah.
“The refusal of the Government to invite a Jewish speaker at the occasion” the protest reads,” is a violation of the Constitutional principle of equality of all citizens”. It is an affront to the memory of twelve thousand Jewish soldiers killed in the German army during the War, and to thousands of surviving Jewish soldiers who participated in it.
