A national government which will consist of Arab, as well as Jewish, representatives, according to the proportion of the respective populations is demanded in a memorandum submitted to the Mandates Commission of the League of Nations by the Executive of the Palestine Arabs.
The memorandum contains a number of complaints against Zionism and states that the present administration of Palestine is conducted in accordance with the Zionist policy.
