The question of how to strengthen Judaism was discussed at the second day’s session of the conference of Polish rabbis here.

Rabbi Meyer Don Kalisz of Ostrow submitted a report to the conference on the matter. The speaker severely criticized Dr. Stephen S. Wise for his recent utterances. Many in the audience joined in the attack.

The promise to take measures to better the economic position of the rabbis in Poland was given by the government representative who came to greet the conference.
