The United States is the principal country exporting automobiles to Palestine, according to a statement made today by Arthur Samuel, Secretary of Overseas Trade, in the House of Commons.

During the year 1924, 305 complete motor cars were imported into Palestine. The figure during the first ten months of 1925 amounted to 656. The majority of these were imported from the United States, the Secretary declared.
