The creation of a monarchistic Russian government outside of Russia will be the result of the Zarubiejni Siesd, the Russian Monarchist Congress in session here.
Nicholas Nicolaevitch, the grand duke, has accepted the offer of the Congress to head the Russian nationalist movement for the purpose of restoring order in Russia. The headquarters of the planned central body, which will have the character of a government, will be situated in Paris and will cooperate with Nocholas Nicolaevitch.
