Vladimir Jabotinsky to Sail on July 3

Vladimir Jabotinsky, leader of the League of Zionist Revisionists, will sail for Europe on July 3, following a five months stay in the United States where he was active on behalf of the League.

The program of the Zionist Revisionists, as advocated and represented by Mr. Jabotinsky, was recently endorsed by the seventeentth annual convention of the Order Sons of Zion, one of the bodies affiliated with the Zionist Organization of America, following heated debate in the camps of the Order and at the convention.

Before sailing, Mr. Jabotinsky will be the guest of honor of a dinner tendered to him by the League of Zionist Revisionists of America, on July 1, at Libby’s Hotel, New York. A special program has been arranged. Joseph Cherniavsky, the well known cellist and his Orient band is included in the musical part of the program.

DAVID TRIETSCH ARRIVES IN THE UNITED STATES

David Trietsch, well-known authority on Palestine and on Jewish colonization, arrived Friday on the Mauretania. Mr. Triestch has written several books treating with various aspects of Palestinian colonization. He is the author of the “Palestine Handbook” which appeared in a number of languages, “Jewish Immigration and Colonization” and the “Economic Atlas of Palestine.”

The Temple on the Heights, of Cleveland, Ohio, which was dedicated in March, will celebrate the sesqui-centennial of the Declaration of Independence with flag raising exercises on Sunday, July 4.

Rabbi Abraham Nowak, the rabbi of the congregation, together with H. H. Canfield, the manager of the Township of Cleveland Heights, will raise the flag for the first time over the Temple on the Heights.
