(Jewish Telegraphic Agency)

The documents in the trial of Nicolai Totu, murderer of the Jewish student David Falik who was acquitted by the Kimpolung court, were demanded by General Averescu, Roumanian Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister also asked for the documents in the trial of a number of Jews at Piatraneamtze who were sentenced to prison terms and fined for offering resistance to the attack of hooligans on a synagogue on the Day of Atonement.

It is probable that the Prime Minister will order retrials.
