Dr. Richl, the defeated candidate of the Hakenkreuzler in the last parliamentary elections, will have to explain his anti-Semitic propaganda before a court of honor.
At the decision of the Vienna Bar Association, disciplinary proceedings were started against Dr. Richl on the basis of his anti-Semitic actions during his legal practice.
