The Yevsektzia, the Jewish section of the Communist party in Soviet Russia, has started a campaign to honor the memory of Peter Voykov, the Soviet envoy who was slain in Warsaw by a Russian youth.

The Yevsektzia urged the Jewish population to contribute toward a fund for the construction of airplanes bearing Voykov’s name. Many agreed to contribute one day’s wages to the fund.
