International Relief Union is Established by League Members

A new draft of a convention providing for mutual relief for peoples affected by disasters was adopted at the International Relief Conference in session here.

The conference decided to establish an International Union for aiding stricken populations.

The convention will become effective ninety days after it will have been ratified by twelve members of the League of Nations.
