The Rozwoj, the Polish anti-Semitic organization which is responsible for the anti-Jewish boycott propaganda carried on for over a decade, was shamefully discredited when the Council of Ministers issued an order yesterday to close the national bank conducted by the organization.

The bank was the agency of the boycott organization around which “purely Polish” merchants gathered and where they made their deposits, thus creating a fund to fight the Jewish businessmen.

It developed that the organization which sets out to “nationalize” commerce in Poland by driving the Jewish merchants out of business, has misused its funds. An investigation carried on by the authorities disclosed that the management of the bank was guilty of misusing the deposits and presenting false statements and falsified books. The order to liquidate the bank was a result of this investigation.
