German is Appointed to Mandates Commission

Ludwig Kastle, prominent German industrialist, was appointed representative of the German government on the Permanent Mandates Commission, in accordance with the decision of the Council of the League of Nations to grant a seat to Germany on the Commission.

Herr Kastle was formerly in German Southwest African.
