Palestine Frees Farm Implements from Duty

Exemption from payment of duty for agricultural implements was granted in a new ordinance promulgated to-day. The ordinance exempts from duty agricultural machinery, implements, tools and spare parts, including milking machines, incubators and such tractors as are not used in non-agricultural work. Manufactured goods ordinarily paid duty of 11 per cent.
