An understanding between the Association of Jewish Writers and Journalists in Poland and the J. I., Peretz Verein, Jewish writers club of New York was reached concerning the representation of Yiddish writers in the international P.E.N. club.

Following the decision of the recent P.E.N. conference held in Brussels to admit Yiddish writers organizations into the international writers association provided they create a Jewish P. E. N. club, the two associations of Warsaw and New York determined to establish the club in Vilna. The club will have branches in New York and Warsaw.

The representative of the American Jewish P. E. N. club will be J. Opatoshu, well known novelist.
