The decision of Chief Justice Powell of the Court of Common Pleas, throwing out of court the suit of the Orthodox committee against Rabbi Solomon Goldman and the members of the Board of the Cleveland Jewish Center, charging deviation from the Orthodox ritual, will not end the fight between the Orthodox and Conservatives in that congregation.
A. A. Katz, leader of the Orthodox Committee which brought the suit, stated in an interview with the representative of the Jewish Daily Bulletin that “the decision merely means delay for about two months,” indicating that the committee is determined to press the suit further.
