Jacob Franks, father of Bobbie Franks, for whose death Nathan Leopold and Richard Loeb are serving life sentences in Joliet Penitentiary, died yesterday in his suite at the Drake Hotel. He was seventy two years old.
The funeral was held today. Interment was at Rosehill Cemetery.
