Dr. Louis Ginzberg, Professor of Talmud and Rabbinics at the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, is now on his way to Jerusalem. He has accepted the unanimous invitation of the Governors of the Institute of Jewish Studies to give a year’s course of lectures on Halacha at the Hebrew University.
