The next annual convention of the American Federation of Labor will be asked to endorse a demand for the suspension of all immigration to the United States for a period of ten years.

At the session of the executive council of the Federation now meeting here, William Green, president, was authorized to include this plank in a program which is to be presented to the convention in behalf of the executive council.
