Ignazy Buschinski, a resident of the town, Tomaschow Mazowiezk, is under arrest today charged with the murder of his Jewish neighbor, Baruch Himmelfarb; a merchant.

Buschinski and Himmelfarb lived side by side for many years, though the former was known for his anti-Semitic attitude. When the nationalist press brought the reports of the Lemberg events and the libel of Jewish profanation of a Catholic procession, Buschinski became enraged and yesterday he approached his Jewish neighbor and without warning hit him over the head with an iron bar. Himmelfarb died instantly.
