German scientists mourn today the death of Professor Levy-Dorn, one of the leading X-Ray experts and research workers. He was 66 years of age.
Prof. Levy-Dorn, who was honorary president of the Berlin Roentgen Society, was widely known for his many discoveries in the X-Ray research field. In scientific circles his contributions to this science were highly valued. His zealous work was carried on with the devotion of a martyr. During his experiments he suffered burns of his hands and body.
