Means reminiscent of medieval times are being used against Jewish students at a railway school in Odessa, according to a telegraphic report to Moscow. The nature of the methods was not described.

The report states that a group of the teachers is guilty of anti-Semitism, which has spread in the school. The teachers were dismissed and an official investigation instituted.
