An agreement between the leaders of the various factions concerning the budget to be submitted to the forthcoming Zionist Congress and eventually to the Council of the Jewish Agency was reached here following conferences between the Zionist Executive and those who are expected to be named members of the budget committee at the Zurich session.

The budget is to call for an expenditure of £750.000. One of the main difficulties in agreeing on the budget lay in the labor (educational) budget which the Zionist Executive declined to in-citrate. It was agreed however, to leave the matter to the decision of the Congress budget committee.
