A mass meeting to inaugurate the National Zionist Roll Call will be held at Mecca Temple. Sunday night, November 3rd, according to an announcement made by the Zionist Organization of America. The enrollment of 500,000 American Jews is the object of the Roll Call.
The meeting is one of a series that has been arranged by the Zionist Organization as part of the demonstration of American Jews that they stand behind the Jewish pioneers in Palestine in the rebuilding of the Jewish Homeland.
Among the speakers who will address the meeting, which will also mark the twelfth anniversary of the issuance of the Balfour Declaration, are Louis Lipsky, president of the Zionist Organization of America; Dr. Shmarya Levin, Dr. Stephen S. Wise, Morris Rothenberg and Abraham Goldberg.
