Arab attacks have not been entirely quelled in Palestine, minor incidents occurring almost daily.

Last night shots were fired from the Arab villages Lifta and Deryassin on Givaat Shaul. Jerusalem suburb. A Jewish watchman was slightly wounded.

Jewish workers employed by the Jerusalem Electric Company were fired at and stoned on the Bethlehem Road today.

A Jewish policeman stationed at the Jerusalem Central Prison was wounded on Friday by one of the Arab convicts. The policeman has for some time been the victim of attacks by the Arab prisoners. He has resigned his post.

Twelve Arabs have been brought to Jerusalem where they will be tried on charges of murder of the Abushdid and Guzlan families during the outbreak. The Arabs accused of the murder of the Ruthenberg brothers at the Jaffa Gate have been committed for trial.

Twelve Arabs were found guilty of looting orange groves near Ness Ziona. The prisoners Arab youths, received sentences of nine months each and from five to twelve lash strokes each.
