The Jewish assimilationists here have again become active with the initiation of a fight against the Jewish schools. Isjasely Wasser, the leader of the assimilationists, has arrived here from Lemberg to submit to President Moscicki a memorandum expressing opposition to separate Jewish schools and declaring that they are damaging to friendly relations between Jews and Pofes.

The memorandum also asked that the government establish schools for the Jews and take steps for the complete emancipation of Jewish citizens of Poland.
