By virtue of a new arrangement just entered into, a specially prepared weekly summary of Jewish news furnished by the Jewish Telegraphic Agency will be broadcast every Sunday at 6 P. M., over the radio hour of Young Israel through Station WPCH. The news will be a digest of the week’s most important happenings in the largest Jewish centers of the world, gathered and reported by the Jewish Telegraphic Agency’s far-flung newsgathering organization. The first broadcast starts today.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
