The Jewish colonies in Crimea are in danger of remaining without spring sowing because they have no seeds. At a special meeting of the land commissariat leaders under the chairmanship of Yakovlev, decided to reprimand the land commissary in Crimea and to speed a shock brigade to collect seeds from the collectives for Spring sowing. The meeting established the fact that Crimea had so far submitted 19 percent of the requested amount of seeds, not-withstanding that seed collection must be completed by February 15.
