Long Island Community to Have New Synagogue

Plans for the erection of a new synagogue for the Hebrew Congregation of Huntington which will have a seating capacity of 400, are now being completed. The building will be two stories high and will have the usual accommodations and facilities. Many prominent Jews of Huntington are taking active part in the building of the Temple under the leadership of Dr. S. J. Hollander.
