Arabs Tell Luke’s Wife They Appreciate His Pro-arab Feeling

The Arabs appreciate the pro-Arab feeling of Harry Charles Luke, former chief secretary of the Palestine government and acting High Commissioner during the riots, the Mayor of Nablus said at a reception there to Mrs. Luke. Mr. Luke has recently been appointed lieutenant-governor of Malta. Another speaker at the reception said that Mr. Luke was of the type of Englishmen who follow the dictates of their conscience, sacrificing their positions if necessary.
