Two mounted members of the Palestine police force were ambushed today on the highway between Safed and Acre by unknown assailants. One of the policemen, Abdul Koubash, was killed. The police, who are investigating this latest of a series of attacks by marauding bandits, believe this to be part of a regular campaign of depredations.
